Limiting beliefs self-sabotage us when we are in our comfort zone. When we are released from them, our mind will be extremely relaxed.

Sometimes we can get sick and feel negative. It is okay. It is never too late to unblock your life. Stop thinking about the past; there is always now and now. Time is very precious because you cannot get that time back. Stop complaining about what other people said or did. Do something one at a time, something valuable.
You cannot control your past; however, what you can do is to move on. Just move on. Also, stop comparing your life; there is no good or bad life. As long as you feel okay, that’s already a good life.

WHAT IF I LOST MY YEARS
Gone is gone. There is now and now on. Stop thinking about time as something in the past. PAST IS DEAD! There is only now and now on. Whatever happened in the past is already gone! Now there is now. You cannot take that time back, so just leave it there. Try to do something that you would invest in the future. Just go with the resources that you have. It is ok. No one got it all.
You never know what the best life is for you.
YOU ONLY HAVE ONE LIFE
You only have one life, and time flies; it is about to come to an end. So just stop and try to enjoy it with the resources that you have. It is so precious. Why spend it with negativity when there is a positive alternative? Now, whatever is happening, stop and take action. NOW, regardless of whatever is coming for you tomorrow.
