There was a clear difference in me before and after. I personally witnessed the magical aspects of psychology. Then mental health books became a lifelong hobby.

I am a very dedicated psychologist with lots of theoretical and personal life experience. My methods are scientifically proven. I assure an effective result for the reason that there is a lot of experience and knowledge lies behind these words. I spent many years in universities, learned to come up with scientifically proven methods and have lots of experience creative skills to apply it in my sessions.

Scientific Intervention Methods: Evidence based methods are used like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) that would be effective in terms of making people aware of dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors, support to change undesired behavioral patterns.

Coaching: Recommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.

Positive psychotherapy: Recommended for those who want to focus on building strengths, increasing happiness, and enhancing their overall well-being, rather than just focusing on problems.

A Happy and Balanced Life

In order to lead a happy and balanced life, an inner journey needs to be done so that a person can reach to a peaceful mindset. Chaos is the product of an agitated mindset. When there is peace and order in your mind, it would directly influence your life, your decisions, your relationships and even your appearance. Being happy and smiling makes someone very attractive, much more than make up.
