Trajectory 1: Settle your character to be professional

How often do you find yourself in a situation where you don’t know what you want? Maybe there is a great inconvenience between you and the environment, but you don’t know what exactly it is. Setting a strong character would not only help you to reach a mindset where there is more fulfillment and ease but also brings simplicity and lightness to your life. When you know yourself, you will also present yourself to the environment with confidence which will be a huge stepping stone in your career.

This trajectory takes approximately 7 sessions, and in the sessions your core values are discussed and the alignment with your current life circumstances is assessed. Furthermore, there will be exercises to understand and adjust your boundaries. Any other factor that is related to your character strength, like codependency, will also be discussed and eliminated to define issues and alter them with thoughts. For instance, unhelpful thoughts that create a barrier to being yourself will be identified and neutralized with helpful thoughts. 

Trajectory 2: Organize your life

Do you feel like some aspects of your life are a mess? For instance, think about your environment. Your lifestyle, your relationships. How about your work? To what extent are you satisfied with your lifestyle? Together, we will figure out what aspects of your life are not going well, and we will find solutions to arrange it in an ideal way. 

There could be many factors that would contribute to the lack of satisfaction, from your habits to your decision-making mechanism. Your relationships could also contribute to it. We will tackle each of these factors for you to find a balanced connection with yourself, your work, and your relationships.

Trajectory 3: Manage your emotions

We are social beings, and communication plays an essential role in our daily lives. All of us have emotions, and the quality of the communication will help in our professional and private lives. If we cannot manage our anger, this would negatively affect our social and professional lives. At work, we deal with many different characters, and we do need to stay calm, communicate with them in the right tone.

In this trajectory, we work on emotional regulation. How you label emotions plays an essential role in effective communication. Therefore, in the sessions, we will identify how you define each emotion with special emotion cards. We will make a list of things that make you happy and things that make you sad. We will also identify your triggers and try to neutralize them with imagery exercises. Furthermore, we will also practice boundaries if necessary and discuss possible ways to reject people when necessary.

Trajectory 4:  Reach to a peaceful mindset

A typical life passes with chaos. However, to what extent can we leave the chaos outside? Most of the time, the chaos outside penetrates our heads and carries it with us everywhere. It is time to control, to leave the chaos outside and make peace with our heads. As children, we are born with a lot of fear as we come across this world. If the caregiver’s skills are not sufficient to soothe us and make us feel safe, we might bring that fear and worry to our later lives.

This trajectory is designed to help you develop skills to become aware of the chaos and make peace with it. In the sessions, we will practice mindfulness, imagery tasks, and other methods to learn to identify the chaos and help you to mentally detach from it, no matter how intense the situation is in the outer world. 

Trajectory 5:   Adapt to your new life as an expat

Have you recently migrated to another country to work? Are you struggling with adaptation to your new life? Don’t worry, together we will help you to pass this phase with ease. We will discuss what you are struggling with and the strategies to overcome cultural shock. We will effectively practice communication with foreigners. During the session, we will also figure out the cultural values of the country that you moved to and understand to what extent it matches with your own values. We will also figure out strategies regarding your disappointments and find solutions to maximize your experience in your new life.

Trajectory 6:   Managing intense burnout and learn to deal with it

There could be many phases in life, and we can experience losses. Some of the dramatic life events are divorces, losing a loved one, losing a job, bankruptcy or any other life event that might influence one’s life. Getting psychological support may help you to pass this phase with ease and prepare you for a new life. We will help you to work to manage this depressed period. We will also practice strategies that would help you to deal with the loss or tragic life event. Try to bring joy and create routines that would help you to make your new life pass with ease.
